To apply for any course, complete and submit the on-line registration form. Since space is limited for each course, preference will be given to fully sponsored individuals on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Be sure to complete all the steps outlined on the registration page. You must also submit the following documents by fax:

• Letter of recommendation from your current supervisor

• Letter of financial support from sponsoring government or donor agency

Please post the originals one month in advance, so that there is time allotted for visa procurement. Applicants will be notified once the completed application is received.
