JOINT FUNDING INITIATIVE

Grants

Margaret Sanger Centre International South Africa (MSCISA) in partnership with the American Jewish World Service (AJWS) is making small grants available to support non-profit community based organisations focused on improving sexual and reproductive health, including HIV prevention and the care and support for people living with HIV & AIDS. The grants come with technical assistance for strengthening grassroots efforts.

MSCISA serves as a resource for health workers, educators and policy makers throughout Africa.  It works to strengthen reproductive health initiatives at the national and community levels through training and tailored technical assistance, organisational development and Africa-focused advocacy.

AJWS is an independent not-for-profit organisation founded to help alleviate poverty, hunger and disease globally. It works in partnership with local grassroots organisations to support and implement self-sustaining projects that broaden basic educational opportunities, expand civil society initiatives, improve primary medical care and health conditions, promote economic development and introduce ecologically sound agriculture. AJWS provides aid out of a strong conviction to pursue justice, to help improve the quality of life for all people and to contribute to the healing of the world.
